Michael Arthur "Mike" Hill (born 17 April 1949) is an English Anglican bishop. He is the current Bishop of Bristol.〔(Communion )〕 The son of Arthur and Hilda Hill,〔Who's Who 2008: London, A & C Black ISBN 978-0-7136-8555-8〕 Hill was educated at Wilmslow County Grammar School, Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge〔Debrett's People of Today London, 2008 Debrett's, ISBN 978-1-870520-95-9〕 and at Ridley Hall, Cambridge. From 1977 to 1980 he was curate of St Mary Magdalene's Addiscombe and, from 1980 to 1983, of St Paul's Slough. From 1983 to 1990 he was priest in charge of St Leonard's Chesham Bois. Since 2003 he has been the 56th Bishop of Bristol.
